REDH (Red de Ayuda Hospitalaria) is an emergency coordination platform for disaster response in Venezuela. It provides a public web app and backend API to locate hospitals, shelters, collection centers, urgent supply needs, logistics support, and family/search reports after the recent earthquake.

It is built for affected citizens, volunteers, hospitals, community groups, and authorized responders. People can quickly find nearby help, report needs, submit public safety information, and connect with verified support points.

For developers and AI agents, REDH also includes a backend documentation hub and an agent intake system. Community agents can self-register, receive a limited reporting token, submit batches of reports, and have their information quarantined for validation before anything becomes operational. Validators can review, deduplicate, mark spam/trolling, and ban bad sources.

Try first:

  • Open the public map and find nearby hospitals, shelters, or collection centers.
  • Visit /api/v1/docs to see available public and private APIs.
  • Visit /api/v1/agents-startup to connect a community reporting agent.
  • Use the admin backend to review reports, agents, uploads, and validation queues.
